Refund policy

Important

  1. Before signing for your goods, please ensure all packaging is physically checked for any damage.  Carrier claims for shortages and/or damages cannot be accepted unless reported and signed for accordingly at time of delivery.  If goods are delivered damaged or short delivered, please ensure photos are taken and notify our sales team at info@spatec.co.uk.
  2. Please note, our 14 days return window, customer pays return postage. Our restocking/handling charge is 15%* of the nett invoice valve of the product authorised for good stock return, including all packaging and instructions and original box.  Good returned to Spatec NI Ltd without authorisation or correct paperwork, will not be accepted for processing.  If approved refund processng time is 30 days.
  3. If a return is agreed, the resulting refund will be subject to goods being returned in original/new condition and not fitted, including at the customer/buyers expense.  Goods cannot be returned at all if installed unless proved to be faulty at dispatch.
  4. Warranty claims are subject to proof that the product has been correctly installed, in accordance with installation instructions and good working practice.  Warranty is 12 months from date of sale and is limited to replacement of product valve only.  As part of our quality procedure, our manufacturers validate all warranty claims by product test procedures.
  5. All returns must be packaged securely; otherwise they may not be processed for credit.
  6. All images are for guidance only and may not correspond to adjacent part codes.
  7. Cancellation of order: Cancellation of order/s is accepted with 14 days after the goods have been dispatched *.
  8. Spatec NI Ltd will not be responsible for any loss of business or profit, or for any other consequential loss as as result of delay in or failure to deliver the goods.
  9. General information:  Prices are subject to UK V.A.T. and are subject to change without notice.

If a product has been correctly supplied and the buyer wishes to return the goods, (remorse), carriage will not be refunded and transaction fees will be deducted.  Goods must be in resaleable condition, complete with all instruction and original box.  The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods.  We recommend return products via signed for service *
