Shipping and Handling

All products are professionally packed and shipped by secure means.  We charge for carriage on orders to cover the postage, along with materials used to ensure your goods arrive safely.

Items are dispatched Monday - Thursday, with a third party courier, Parcelforce, Royal Mail etc.  Goods will require a signature upon delivery, so we would ask that someone is present for this.  We aim to deliver all goods as soon as possible, but do not guarantee any delivery timescales, as deliveries are made by couriers.  We would ask if your goods have not arrived within 7 days that you contact us, as from time to time deliveries can get lost and we can authorise replacements to be sent quickly if necessary.

Please note: Locations outside of the UK mainland, including UK islands and Ireland, delivery costs will vary depending upon the size and weight of the order.  Delivery may also take longer.

For cities with congestion charges, e.g. London, these charges will be invoiced separately prior to shipping.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All international shipment duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Be aware that you may be contacted by the courier upon delivery in order to collect duty and taxes imposed on your international shipment. Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being undeliverable.

On arrival of your order, please ensure you check the condition of goods, for damage in transit before signing, to avoid disputes over when damage was caused.   Goods are checked thoroughly at time of packing, to ensure your order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition.
