Brass slimline single check valve for Fluid Category 2 contamination risks
Reliance Valves Floguard Single Check Valves protect against the risk of backflow and back siphonage contamination. The compact and lightweight valves are ideal for all class 2 contamination risks as per Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
Class 2 contamination risks apply to any water supply that could cause backflow into drinking water giving it a foul taste but without causing medical problems for the user. Floguard allows high flow rate with minimum pressure drop, offering good flow rates through the single check valve.
