Zip 90140 – Thermal Overload Kit for HydroBoil & HydroBoil Plus 10–40 Litre G2

Genuine Zip Water thermal overload kit for HydroBoil and HydroBoil Plus 10–40 litre G2 units. Cuts power to the heating element if the tank exceeds safe operating temperature. Also supersedes SP1614T for HG2002–HG2050 (1994–2000). Replace if the unit has tripped due to overheating or fails to heat after a thermal event.
