The Zip Varipoint 2 VP103UB is a 10-litre undersink unvented water heater suitable for single or multiple outlet applications. It features a heavy gauge copper inner container tested to 16 bar, supplied complete with a temperature and pressure relief valve. WRAS approved and CE endorsed for reliable performance in commercial and domestic installations.

Construction

• Inner Container: Heavy gauge copper, tested to 16 bar

• Water Tank: 1.8mm thick glass-enamelled steel, tested to 12 bar

• Case: High impact, corrosion-resistant white plastic

• Insulation: High-density CFC-free polyurethane foam

Safety Features

• Manually resettable thermal cut-out set to 85°C (±3°C)

• Expansion relief valve (supplied) set at 6 bar

• Frost protection whilst power is on

• Sacrificial anode for corrosion protection — check every 6 months and replace as required

Installation Notes

• No special taps required

• Wire to a double pole fused spur with minimum 13A break rating

• Pressure and temperature relief valve (where fitted) must be plumbed to waste in accordance with water bylaws

• Minimum pipe length from heater to nearest draw-off tap: 2.7m (15mm pipework) or 1.2m (22mm pipework)

• If minimum pipe length is not achievable, fit Pack AQ2
